Adam Ties is the co-founder and CEO at Evolutio. Prior to Evolutio, he served in various leadership roles at Elovate, Kinney Group, SET Environmental, and Life Time. In these roles, he had the privilege of building, developing, and leading teams that consistently shared the value of achieving aspirational corporate goals through serving critical client needs.
During Adam’s 20-year career, he has delivered results across multiple industries. His exposure and role in mergers and acquisitions during his almost seven years at SET have heavily influenced his leadership approach. Focused on employing the best available talent, he believes innovation and excellence is a by-product of the right people engaged in the right activity.
Adam is experienced in developing creative go-to-market strategies, and skilled in aligning people and technology with clients' most acute pain points. He brings a service-oriented and collaborative approach to solving the most complex issues facing the largest organizations throughout North America and Europe.
Laura Vetter is the co-founder and CTO at Evolutio. With a career spanning nearly 25 years in technology, Laura’s vast experience in software integration and development has made her a trusted advisor in both the federal space, as well as with an impressive number of the Fortune 1000 companies.
Laura's consistent performance is marked by tremendous skill in both delivering engineering services, and leading teams responsible for integrating some of the most innovative technology in the market. Laura has helped clients develop strategies around Security and Observability, most notably to detect, monitor, and remediate issues.
Fascinated by the complexity of business drivers that depend on the competency and ability of the IT organization, Laura repeatedly demonstrates how technology must be tied to corporate initiatives and direction. This highly perceptive and tactical mindset has played a crucial role in weaving together solutions that keep pace with the digital transformation required to survive in today's marketplace.

Jan has been privileged to join a dynamic, growing company like Evolutio. He joined EPI-USE early in his career. As the company grew and new opportunities arose, he was given the opportunity fulfill many different and diverse roles. Jan has worked in South Africa, Europe and the US in various roles - Global HR/Payroll implementations, Security, Information Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Operations and Consulting Manager. He even got the opportunity to lead three acquisitions.
Jan loves working with clients to improve their businesses. Likewise, it gives him immense joy to work with the smart people at EPI-USE, Group Elephant, and Evolutio to work on solutions to interesting and hard problems.
George entered the technology space in 2017, following decades of experience in the service and construction industries.
Cutting his teeth at a start-up regional reseller, George was exposed to the fast-paced world of the technology industry and its unique sales processes. It was in this proving ground that he first met future Evolutio co-founders, Adam Ties and Laura Vetter.
At Evolutio, George is responsible for supporting the majority of non-technical aspects of the business, including company finances and taxes, customer on-boarding and quoting, and vendor/channel relations. George loves building efficient, repeatable processes that bring structure and consistency to Evolutio’s day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, George’s days are filled assisting his wife in trying to keep up with the schedules of their 5 children.
Aaron has sold and marketed Information Technology for over a decade. He's held roles in partner marketing, Inside Sales team management, sales team enablement, and field marketing. His experience managing large outbound BDR teams and marketing initiatives makes him savvy at bridging the divide between sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Evolutio in 2021, in 2018 he founded a self-employed consultancy and podcast, focused on the IT Channel by delivering Sales and Marketing services to OEMs, distributors, and IT solution providers. Aaron is also the Outcome Studio Podcast host, growing his audience to thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of video views on LinkedIn.
Aaron is applying the skills of developing a brand for a services company to Evolutio's practice areas. He works side-by-side with practice area leaders in Observability, Automation, Data Science, and Security to tell stories about how Evolutio is helping organizations build, scale, and secure enterprise applications.
Before joining Evolutio, Abe spent over ten years working in many areas of the banking and finance industry. While in different levels of leadership at both large corporate settings and small financials, much of his time was spent focused around making improvements to client experience and finding solutions to operational inefficiencies.
During the later stage of his career, while overseeing multiple departments of the bank, Abe’s focus shifted to understanding the correlation between finding better ways of doing things, cultural change management, and how the two play a role in end-user experience. That dedication to continuous improvement is what eventually attracted Abe to the world of technical innovation at Evolutio.
In his present role, Abe enjoys the opportunity to help organizations rethink how they solve problems. Through the use of specific methodology and best practices, Abe helps companies be more equipped to solve the problems of their future. Abe’s passions outside of Evolutio revolve around maximizing his time with family and friends and watching his four children learn and grow.
With 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and software sales both in Europe and the USA, Andrew is a dedicated solution-focused salesperson who enjoys working in challenging goal-orientated situations. Drawing from his ability to listen and understand business challenges, Andrew is extremely dedicated to delivering lasting value to his clients. His skill in managing relationships allows him to work with many verticals and all levels of management.
Andrew's technical background is critical to his ability to liaise between users and management and understand how changes affect business processes to maintain productivity. A committed and driven professional, Andrew enjoys working in challenging goal-orientated situations.
Jenny joins Evolutio as the Director of Operations after spending 5-years at Google on their world-renowned talent acquisition team. She managed projects on behalf of talent leadership, and also thrived in the mechanics of a deeply metrics-driven environment. Jenny pivoted to oversee all of Recruiting Operations for Google's Global Sales Org (size: ~27K employees), and then grew into an Agile Implementation Team tasked with rolling out a new performance management transformation for all 160k+ Google employees.
Prior to Google, Jenny began a career in human resources for a cloud Professional Services company in Indianapolis where she led all tech recruiting efforts and built out a globally recognized PS Splunk team (2018 Federal PS Partner of the Year).
Jenny is an Indiana native and has been living in Austin, TX and Boulder, CO. In her free time you will find her hiking, questionably surviving an OrangeTheory class, and tracking down live music or road-tripping to new destinations with my husband, JJ, and our golden retriever, Rizzo.
Tackling complex problems, finding order in chaos, and building with simplicity at the core are a few things that energize her.
Matt brings a decade of experience in enterprise technology spanning observability, devops, ITSM, data protection, and supply chain. The diversity of his experience allows him to provide a unique perspective to his clients, helping to drive value and business continuity between teams. He enjoys creating long term strategies that maximize the potential of current technologies and finding new solutions that help solve meaningful business challenges. Prior to Evolutio, Matt represented disruptive technologies like HashiCorp and Cohesity.
Matt is a native to the Chicago suburbs and spent fifteen years living in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. He now resides in Northeast Tennessee with his wife and three children where he enjoys being outside and taking advantage of all that the Appalachian mountains have to offer.
Alexandra graduated from University at Buffalo with a BS in Business and Marketing and Data Analytics. She came from Ingram Micro, where she worked as a Field Marketing Manager with IBM’s business partners. She focused on their channel's marketing enablement and acted as a liaison for Ingram's in-house marketing agency resources.
In addition to her work in the technology space, Alexandra also has 5 years of experience as a Dance Teacher at a local studio in Buffalo, New York where she taught Tap and Ballet to students of all ages.
Alexandra lives in the NYC metropolitan area where she hopes to continue teaching dance while supporting Evolutio’s marketing strategy.
Jon is an Engineer for Evolutio's Observability practice. He is a Certified Jenkins Engineer and has a half decade of experience in IT in the Higher Ed and Insurance industries. He resides in East Lansing, Michigan. A fun fact about Jon: as a Michigan State University grad he originally was introduced to Evolutio via the MSU Capstone Project through the School of Engineering.
Solutions Architect with specialization in large enterprise software systems and machine learning.
I'm a software architect and technical lead with experience in delivering large scale software projects and managing software teams in a large enterprise environment. Working hand in hand with executive leadership, I'm focused on solution delivery, technical excellence and innovation. I have strong architectural expertise rooted in a decade of web development experience, including the Java Spring stack, Kotlin, Python (Django), Ruby on Rails and VueJS. I'm also interested in the human factors of managing big, remote teams of software engineers. I also have a Masters degree in computational intelligence and am an expert in Python based Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Data Science research and development. I'm also a Functional Programming enthusiast.
Forrest joined Evolutio in 2022 as a Consultant in the Observability practice area, bringing a decade of experience in software engineering, cloud architectures, and solving large scale enterprise issues. Wearing multiple hats during a long career at Liberty Mutual; Forrest brings financial and insurance industry experience to Evolutio customers. Forrest loves working with customers on solving complex problems, and is excited to collaborate with the other Evolutio practice areas, particularly in DevOps/ Automation and data science by applying ML and AI models to customer problems.
Raghav is a Solutions Architect at Evolutio in the Observability Practice. Prior to joining in 2022, Raghav has over a decade of experience in Banking, Insurance and Financial services.
He has led teams in Platform Engineering, Production Ops and Observability. He enjoys the challenge of designing monitoring solutions, driving O11y enablement and adoption, and leading the shift from on-premises to hybrid and Cloud environments. Raghav lives in the Detroit Metro area and he is passionate about singing and playing chess in his free time.
I am a technology visionary, academic and businessman with a passion for cutting edge technological solutions. I spend most of my time improving myself as a Computer Scientist and constantly learn more about my field. I am particularly interested in full-stack software engineering, artificial intelligence paradigms like machine learning, genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization and everything related to data science. I believe that software can build the future as we envision it to be.
Machine Learning Engineer specializing in the design, research, and implementation of Computer Vision and Deep Learning applications.
Ben is a Consultant in the Data Science practice at Evolutio, with expertise in DataRobot, SQL, Python, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other data science platforms. These platforms enable Ben to support his clients and to help solve business problems with their data through artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and data visualization.
Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from High Point University with a BS in Mathematical Economics and a Minor in Finance.
Prior to Evolutio, Ben worked in the Data Analytics field with a variety of clients across many different industries. He hails from Chicago, Illinois and is currently living in Nashville, Tennessee.
With a growing suite of knowledge, Daniella brings a wealth of experience in a variety of technical solutions and programs. She brings a dynamic ability to work with professional departments that vary in scale.
Empowered by the Evolutio strategy, her main objective is to be fully engaged in the skill development process to ensure clients have the tools they need to be successful.

Emmanuel had a strong desire to step into a Consulting role in order to work on a variety of customer problems. Prior to Evolutio, he served in the IT department at Northern Kentucky University, and then went on to work as a Software Engineer on enterprise scale software systems at Milacron, which is an Engineering systems in the plastics and machinery manufacturing industry. At Evolutio, Emmanuel is focused on leadership and the design, development, sustainment, and advancement of technology solutions for the Observability practice.
Jon brings over seven years of experience at Jamf and Pegasystems where he worked in sys admin and site reliability engineering roles. He enjoys deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting cloud software on production systems, while automating as much as possible along the way. He's skilled at troubleshooting web applications in a multi-tiered containerized environment, while improving alerting and dashboards, ensuring uptime of cloud products, automating operations where possible, all while maintaining Fedramp and Govcloud infrastructure.
Jon has worked across the entire spectrum of IT career functions and Evolutio's customers will greatly benefit from his diverse background. He lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin which is a stone throw from Evolutio's headquarters in Chicago.
I have a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria and I am currently researching my MSc in Computer Science at the University of Stellenbosch, via long-distance studies. I have experience developing AI Models in python, and full stack web applications in various JavaScript frameworks.
Throughout my work, I have developed team leading skills, positive team communication skills and a hunger to solve complex problems. These qualities have directed my interests into the fields of Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
Nathan is an experienced Software Engineer who has over a decade of experience working in SAP Data Management and web development. Serving as a customer-facing Consultant at Evolutio and EPI-USE Labs, he helps organizations with technical expertise in SAP Basis and functional areas to support their goals of implementing and configuring applications in their environments.
Nathan works closely with his clients to ensure that Evolutio creates and implements software that does everything they need it to do. His goals are to create deliverables that his customers are proud of, to ensure they have a positive customer experience, and to make sure the technical project is delivered on schedule and solves the required business problems.
Nathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and he currently resides in Jupiter, Florida.
Pieter came from a full stack development background and combined that knowledge with cloud vendors where he is now 7x Certified across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
He helps Evolutio and our clients standardize and operationalize cloud environments. He mainly assists our Security Practice with Security / DevSecOps services, as well as provide architecture support.
In Pieter's free time, when he is not assisting people in the cloud or tinkering with hardware, he is assisting people in his community as a Volunteer wildland firefighter.
