Mike Alles, is a Fintech veteran, with a career spanning 25 years in Fintech, most notably at FIS, where Mike served as SVP, Global Head of Digital Sales and other sales leadership roles. He also served at Metavante for 10 years, and is an active member of National Fintech Organization (NFO) and a member of Association for Financial Technology (AFT). Today, he runs Alles Leadership, helping leaders recognize their true influence.

Aaron has marketed Information Technology for fifteen years. He's held roles in partner marketing, community management, and field marketing. His experience managing large technical community-building initiatives and product roll-outs makes him savvy at bridging the divide between technology, advisory, service delivery, and marketing.

Prior to joining Evolutio in 2021, in 2018 he founded a self-employed consultancy and podcast, focused on the IT Channel by delivering Sales and Marketing services to OEMs, distributors, and IT solution providers. Aaron is also the Outcome Studio Podcast host, growing his audience to thousands of downloads and hundreds of thousands of video views on LinkedIn.

Aaron is applying the skills of developing a brand for a services company to Evolutio's practice areas. He works side-by-side with practice area leaders in Observability, Automation, Data Science, and Security to tell stories about how Evolutio is helping organizations build, scale, and secure enterprise applications.

Kyle supports Business Development efforts for JPMorgan’s Web3 pipeline across the Commercial & Corporate and Investment Bank. He also leads research efforts in developing a monthly “All things web3” newsletter, as well as a “Web3 Case Studies” catalogue, outlining partnerships between JPM and both web2 and web3 entities across JPM’s industry segments. He assisted in the early development of JPM’s “VASP Risk Framework” for the Commercial Bank and “Web3 Risk and Coverage Framework” for the Corporate and Investment Bank. He is supporting initial efforts in formulating JPM’s go-to-market strategy for seeking gaming partnerships and incorporating payment solutions from JPM’s existing payments product portfolio. Kyle collaboratively hosts Fintech & Web3 networking events, gathering entrepreneurs, investors, and key figures from the Chicago ecosystem.
